Questions about shipping policies are one of our most common customer service emails. Many customers reach out after placing an order, or before making the commitment and ask when the deer antler velvet will be shipped. When does my deer antler velvet shipment go out?
All shipments are sent out at 8am CT each weekday morning. If you place an order at any time after this time, your shipment will be sent out the following day. For instance, if you place an order on Monday at 11AM, your order will be shipped on Tuesday at 9AM.
Additional Deer Antler Velvet shipping scenarios:
- If you place an order on Saturday at any time, your order will be shipped on Monday at 8AM.
- If you place an order on Friday at 9:30AM, your order will be shipped on Monday at 8AM.
- If you place an order on Tuesday at 4AM, your order will be shipped that same day (Tuesday) at 8AM.
How long does it take to arrive after shipping?
All deer antler velvet orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail. They will typically arrive 3 days after shipment. That said, some shipments may take up to 5 business days. Assuming you've included an email when checking out, you should receive an email confirming shipment tracking number once it is shipped.
How much does shipping my deer antler velvet order cost?
Every order of deer antler velvet ships for free. There are no minimums required.
What if I need my order shipped overnight?
If you require overnight shipping, please contact support@purevelvetextracts.com and let us know your situation and we will do our best to figure out a faster shipping option. Overnight shipping will likely come at a small additional fee.
Do you offer an auto-ship subscription service?
While not yet available, we are currently setting up an auto-shipment service due to high demand. Within the next few weeks, we will be offering a new subscription service that allows you to automatically receive monthly shipments of deer antler velvet.
Where is my order shipped from?
We have 2 fulfillment centers located in Michigan and Florida. All deer antler velvet orders are shipped from either of these 2 locations.
If I live outside of the United States, can I order your product?
Every country has different rules when it comes to customs clearance for supplements. Please make sure understand your local customs rules before placing an order. Assuming you have confirmed there are no issues in receiving supplements into your country, we recommend using MyUS, the No. 1 international shipping service to bring your favorite brands to you.
